598673Chang Honglong, Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering

Born in 1977, Luoyang, Henan, Han nationality, professor, doctoral supervisor. From 1995 to 2005, he completed undergraduate, master, and PhD degree in Northwestern Polytechnical University majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation. He graduated with a Ph.D. in 2005 to teach in college, was promoted to an associate professor in April 2007, was promoted to a professor in April 2010, and served as the director of the department of microsystem engineering in the school of mechanical engineering in April 2011. In December 2017, he served as the vice dean of the school of mechanical engineering. Selected as the first batch of national high-level talents special support plan for young top talents (2012), Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents (2010), Shaanxi Provincial Youth Science and Technology Rising Star (2011), etc., won the 2017 China Academy of Mechanical Engineering Youth Technology Achievement Award 2011 National Technology Invention Award. He is in the first batch of Aoxiang young scholars of Northwestern Polytechnical University, the first batch of Aoxiang stars, and the first batch of Wu Yajun's outstanding young teacher special prize winners. He serves as a director of the China Micron Nanotechnology Society and a standing director of the Micro-Nano Robotics Branch, a director of the Micro-Nano Devices and System Technology Branch of the China Instrumentation Society, a senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a member of the China Youth Science and Technology Workers Association, an IEEE senior member, Vice President of Youth Science of Shaanxi Province.

He is engaged in the research of MEMS technology. His main academic contribution is to put forward a series parallel connection theory of MEMS resonators, which makes an important contribution to solving the industry problem of low signal-to-noise ratio of MEMS sensors, and to develop ultra-high precision MEMS inertial sensors, electrometers, etc. In addition, he won the transmuters 2015 outstanding paper nomination award, MEMS 2016 outstanding paper award, IEEE sensors 2017 best paper, MEMS 2018 outstanding paper nomination award.

FDBCZhang Yingfeng, Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering

Born in 1979, Hanzhong, Shaanxi, Han nationality, professor, doctoral supervisor. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2005 and entered the University of Hong Kong for postdoctoral research work in the same year; worked at Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2007; transferred to teach at Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2010; he was an associate professor in 2007 and a professor in 2010, vice dean of school of mechanical engineering in 2013. He is a new century outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education and a young star of Shaanxi Province. He is also the vice chairman of the Industrial Engineering Branch of the Chinese Double Law Society, a standing member of the Mechanical Industry Automation Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and a member of the Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Advisory Committee of Shaanxi Province.

Mainly engaged in intelligent manufacturing system, IOT manufacturing system, production scheduling and intelligent control, in recent years, he has presided over 3 NSFC projects, 1 863 sub project of the Ministry of science and technology, 2 Monographs (Elsevier press, Science Press), participated in 2 issues of international SCI journals as guest editor, published more than 50 papers (2 of which are IF> 6; 8 are IF> 5); The paper has been cited more than 2000 times (Google Scholar data), selected 5 ESI highly cited papers, 3 ESI hot papers. From 2014 to 2017, he was consecutively selected into the ELSEVIER "China Highly Cited Scholar" (industrial and manufacturing engineering field) for 4 years, authorized 5 national invention patents, and won 2 best paper awards at international conferences.

Responsibilities: postgraduate teaching, school international education, and assistance in discipline construction.



20A980Liu Ping, deputy secretary of the Party committee of School of Mechanical Engineering

Liu Ping, female, born in 1982 in Bengbu, Anhui, Han nationality, Ph.D., associate professor. She graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2012. She entered the School of mechanical engineering in the same year. She was promoted to associate professor in 2016 and visited the University of Manchester in March 2017. She used to be the assistant to the dean of the school of mechanical engineering, the second party branch of the department of mechanical engineering and automation, and now she is the deputy Secretary of the Party committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering.

She is mainly engaged in the research work of digital assembly of aircraft, failure mechanism of multi-scale composite materials, damage analysis of composite structures in complex service environment, presided over 7 national and provincial level projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, civil aircraft project, national defense basic scientific research, Shaanxi provincial key research and development plan, authorized 5 invention patents, obtained 2 software copyrights, and wrote 1 monograph. In recent years, she has published more than 20 academic papers in international journals, and won the first prize and the second prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and technology progress.
